1. Introduction

Welcome to Artllac. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website artllac.com and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Artllac is a Karachi based handmade art studio offering original calligraphy paintings, crochet bouquets, resin art, bedazzling keychains, and embroidery pieces. All products are handmade by our team of artists in Karachi, Pakistan.

By using our website you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You are accessing our website from Pakistan or an approved international location
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

4. Products

4.1 Handmade Nature
All Artllac products are 100% handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color, size, texture, and finish may occur between the product shown in photos and the actual item received. These variations are not defects — they are a natural part of the handmaking process and make each piece unique.

4.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products including materials, dimensions, and colors. However we cannot guarantee that your device screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.

4.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. Since most of our pieces are made to order we will notify you as soon as possible if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

4.4 Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your requirements. Once a custom order is confirmed and advance payment received we begin production. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Pricing

5.1 Currency
All prices on artllac.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Price Changes
Artllac reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

5.3 Errors
In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you immediately.

6. Orders

6.1 Placing an Order
By placing an order on artllac.com you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

6.2 Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation message. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

6.3 Advance Payment
For custom orders a 50% advance payment is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

6.4 Order Cancellation
Standard products may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. To cancel an order contact us on WhatsApp immediately.

7. Payment

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept:

• Direct Bank Transfer (Bank Islami)
• EasyPaisa
• JazzCash
• Cash on Delivery (selected areas in Karachi)

7.2 Payment Confirmation
For bank transfers and mobile payments you must WhatsApp your payment screenshot to confirm your order. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

7.3 Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for select areas within Karachi. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if previous COD orders from the same customer were rejected or returned without valid reason.

7.4 Failed Payments
If your payment fails please contact us on WhatsApp for assistance. Do not place a duplicate order before confirming with us.

8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services. International shipping is available on request.

8.2 Delivery Time
Standard orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders take 7 to 14 business days depending on complexity. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 additional business days after dispatch depending on your location.

8.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount as announced on our website.

8.4 Tracking
Once your order is dispatched we will share your tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

8.5 Delays
Artllac is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.

8.6 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient the customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership
All content on artllac.com including images, text, logos, designs, and artwork is the intellectual property of Artllac and its artists. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9.2 Artwork Rights
When you purchase a physical artwork from Artllac you are purchasing the physical piece only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Artllac and the original artist unless a separate written agreement is made.

9.3 Custom Designs
Custom designs created by Artllac artists remain the intellectual property of Artllac. We reserve the right to photograph and share custom pieces on our social media unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing before production begins.

10. User Accounts

10.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

10.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

10.3 Account Termination
Artllac reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Prohibited Activities

When using artllac.com you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Copy or reproduce our artwork, designs, or content without permission
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Harass or threaten our team members

12. Limitation of Liability

Artllac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

Artllac reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
