Return and Refund Policy

At Artllac, we want you to love your handcrafted treasures. Because our items are handmade with love and care, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair experience for both the artist and the collector.
1. Returns on Ready-to-Ship Items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom item (standard paintings, pre-made resin, or crochet items), you may return it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Custom & Commissioned Orders
All sales are final for custom-made items. This includes:
- Commissioned paintings.
- Personalized resin items (e.g., items containing personal photos or specific color requests).
- Crochet items made to specific size or color measurements. Once a custom piece is started, we cannot offer a refund due to the time and materials invested.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging Artllac creations, but we know accidents can happen during transit.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
- We will offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund for items proven to be damaged during shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
