1. Handcrafted Nature & Variations

At Artllac, every item is uniquely handmade.

• Paintings: Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolutions.

• Resin: Minor bubbles or “perfect imperfections” are a natural part of the curing process.

• Crochet: Sizes are approximate as tension can vary slightly between pieces.
  By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a one-of-a-kind item, not a factory-made product.

2. Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom orders (personalized resin, specific crochet designs, or commissioned paintings) require [50%] payment upfront. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in [Insert Currency]. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments are processed securely via our third-party providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Karchi. While we aim to ship within 7 business days, Artllac is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs for international orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Ready-to-ship items: Can be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
